Welcome to my quest guide on the Doric's Quest quest. Note that this quest is perfect to do in conjunction with the Goblin Diplomacy quest.

Official quest description: Doric the dwarf is happy to let you use his anvils but first he would like you to run an errand for him.

Difficulty: Easy

Length: Short

Items needed: 6 clay, 4 copper ore and 2 iron ore, or simply a pickaxe to mine all these

Level requirements: A mining level of 15 if you're playing to mine the clay, copper and iron.

Start Point: Talk to Doric in a small house north of Falador with anvils inside and is south of Goblin Village.

Reward: 1 Quest Point , 180 gp, 1300 mining experience and the ability to use Doric's anvils.

Starting the quest

To start the quest, walk to the small house north of Falador. Talk to Doric and he will ask you to get some clay, copper ore and iron ore. If you're planning to do the quest Goblin Diplomacy in conjunction with this quest (recommended), continue behind the house to find the Goblin Village. Go to the end of the village and talk to Generals Bentnoze and Wartface to start the quest.

Collecting all the necessary items

First of all, we need to collect the items necessary for the quest. Clay, copper ore and iron ore are all purchasable at the Grand Exchange. You can also mine these items down at the Dwarven Mine. You need mining level 15 and any pickaxe.

To go to the Dwarven Mine, walk east and then north. Pass across the bridge near the monastery and continue into the dwarven community. Climb down the ladder to enter the Dwarven Mine. South of the ladder is a group of rocks comprised of iron, copper, and tin rocks. If you enter further into the mines, prospecting rocks, you should come upon some clay rocks.

Returning to Doric

Return to Doric with the necessary items and he will reward you.

Notes: This quest is useful to do in conjunction with the Goblin Diplomacy quest.
