RuneScape Weapons - Skull Sceptre

A skull sceptre has melee combat capabilities equal to a staff. The skull sceptre allows players to teleport. The skull sceptre can only be obtained in the Stronghold of Security by killing certain monsters. The pieces players need to collect are are Left skull half, Bottom of sceptre, Top of sceptre, and Right skull half. Ankous, Flesh crawlers, Catablepons and Minotaurs drop the pieces respectively. The skull sceptre has five charges to teleport to the Barbarian Village. It can't be recharged, players must build new ones from pieces. This seems to make it a rather useless weapon to collect unless players are trying to show off.
